Support Our Work
Konnecting-Wit-Humanity Academy<\/h2>

Our goal is to prepare our graduates with the most in-demand and relevant skills to launch a new path or level up at work. We achieve this through KWH Academy, including our trauma-informed Community Support and Marketing Programs.
Many of our students in Canada and Africa struggle to afford education that could make a difference in their lives and communities. By sponsoring seats, you can help remove barriers to training, support workforce readiness, and contribute to lasting impact through practical, career-focused learning. Your support helps learners access training, complete their courses, and move closer to employment. It also helps strengthen communities by supporting practical skills development where it is needed most.<\/p>

Our Programs<\/strong><\/h2>

Our Community Support and Marketing Programs teach our students essential skills in their field and how to get hired. Our Community Support programs include our Shelter Support Worker and Intensive Case Management programs. Our Marketing Programs include Digital Marketing and Graphic Design. Community Support Programs<\/strong><\/h2>

> Shelter Support Worker<\/strong><\/h4>

Shelter Support Worker Program students learn to do trauma-informed ethical care with cultural sensitivity, use de-escalation and boundary-setting strategies, navigate shelter systems and community resources, and create effective documentation with referrals and navigation.<\/p>

> Intensive Case Management<\/strong><\/h4>

Intensive Case Management students learn to build client service plans ethically, with cultural competence and practical tools; complete client intake and assessment, referrals, and case termination; navigate legal considerations; and apply real-world strategies for effective organization, collaboration, and communication.<\/p>

Marketing Programs<\/strong><\/h2>

> Digital Marketing<\/strong><\/h4>

Our Digital Marketing Course students enhance business success by gaining digital marketing expertise from strategizing for success to drawing in audiences. They learn to make data-driven decisions, gain e-commerce experiences, and develop a competitive edge over applicants without certifications.<\/p>

> Graphic Design<\/strong><\/h4>

Our Graphics Design Course students learn to create graphics that enhance brand recognition and advertising materials. They build skills in typography, composition, colour theory, and branding strategies, and learn how to transform a concept into a tangible design that showcases business specialties.

We have self-paced online classes with small cohorts. We offer career support from first class to first interview.<\/p>
