We reduce loneliness and support wellbeing by creating supportive spaces for older adults. Through friendly visits, fun social activities, and wellness programs, Seniors Shield builds lasting friendships, keeping seniors active, connected, and valued in our community.

Newcomer & Youth Workforce Integration

We deliver structured workforce programs helping newcomers and youth secure meaningful employment across Toronto. Our program bridges the gap between skills development and the job market by combining career preparation, professional growth, and direct employer connections.

Entrepreneurship & Procurement Pathway

We empower women and equity-deserving entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and access new supplier opportunities. Our initiative combines procurement training, business readiness, and strong ecosystem partnerships to help diverse founders position themselves to secure high-value contracts.

Skilled Trades Workforce Development

We deliver practical workforce programs that connect individuals to rewarding careers in the skilled trades. By combining hands-on training with industry partnerships, we equip participants with essential technical skills, mentorship, and direct routes into high-demand industries."
