Konnecting-Wit-Humanity (KWH) introduces participants to careers in the skilled trades through a short-term, hands-on program that prepares them to enter training and apprenticeship pathways across Ontario
Program Overview
The KWH Skilled Trades Workforce Development program gives participants direct exposure to in-demand trades, hands-on experience with real tools, and a clear understanding of how trades careers work. We then connect participants to training programs, apprenticeship pathways, and trusted partners in the workforce development ecosystem.

What Participants Gain:
